Due to the nature of my business and products I sell, I am unable to provide refunds unless there is a problem with the product. Products damaged while in transit are rare as I do my best to package them safely – however if your product arrives substantially damaged in the mail, kindly send me a message and photographs of the damaged product as soon as possible. Depending on the shipping method purchased, some shipping methods may include insurance through Canada Post (up to $100).

In some cases, I may even be able to offer a replacement of your product if it has been damaged. However, this is limited to the following categories ONLY: Prints (small & large), Patches, Accessories, and Stickers. Paintings, personalized commissions, and apparel cannot be replaced as these are unique items which only (1) are made of.
