📦 When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be sent out within 6 – 8 business days after it’s been placed. In general, I ship orders out once per week. You’ll receive an e-mail notification* when your order has been shipped!

For some reason, a lot of my order e-mail are sent to Spam by mistake. Please check your junk mail folder for any e-mail from “mooneyesart.com”, and add me to your whitelist! 😀

❓ How long will it take my order to arrive?

Currently, delivery times are delayed due to the ongoing pandemic, and mail is taking longer than usual to arrive. Please add additional delivery time during the holidays (Christmas, Easter, Mother’s Day, etc).

🤷 My order hasn’t arrived! Did it get lost in the mail?

In very rare instances do orders get lost in the mail! If an order happens to get ‘stuck’ somewhere, it’s usually mailed back to me after a month or two. If you have not received your order within 3 months after the “shipped on” date (the date I sent it to you), kindly contact me via my contact form and I will be happy to assist you!

📫 Am I able to add tracking to my order?

I offer standard, untracked lettermail (default) for shipping – you can always upgrade to tracked shipping for an additional cost.
