When do you ship orders out?

Orders are typically shipped out on Monday/Tuesdays. Generally, I ship within 5 – 7 business days and will never ship later than that except when I’m out on vacation. I will update my website when I’m away (there will be a notice at the top of the page). My next vacation is August 17th – 25th 2024, so any orders placed during this time will be shipped the following week.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

For small items without tracking (such as prints, patches and some accessories), your order can take anywhere from 1 – 4 weeks (within Canada) and 2 – 9 weeks (within the USA). Internationally, I do not offer untracked shipping as the rate of lost packages can be high. For faster shipping, please upgrade your shipping method at the checkout! Paintings, commissions, and apparel ALWAYS ship with tracking.

I already placed my order but I want to upgrade shipping! Can I do this?

Yes of course! I will have to refund your item however, as the shipping is automatically calculated. Refunds generally take around 2 – 5 business days to process (but I can put it through right away).

My package was lost in the mail/damaged.

Unfortunately for packages without tracking (such as prints, stickers, patches and some accessories), I cannot offer refunds for lost packages. In some cases, I may be able to offer a replacement. For goods damaged during transit, please see my Refunds/Returns policy here.

I need to change/cancel my order.

Sometimes I send out orders the next day if I have some spare time! Therefore, I request that you contact me by replying to your order email within 6 hours if you need to cancel or change your order. Thank you!

Do you sell on Etsy?

Yes, currently my shop is still on Etsy as well (with over 10,000 sales since 2019!), but due to Etsy’s large fees, it’s become somewhat unsustainable to sell my products through their marketplace. Therefore, I offer a discounted rate if you buy through my own shop here! 🥰

Who do you ship your products through?

I ship all my orders through Canada Post and USPS.

Do you take commissions?

At the moment, I am taking limited commissions with an extended deadline due to markets happening this summer. But please feel free to contact me via my contact form with any information regarding your commission, and I’d be happy to get back to you within 24 – 48 hours!
